amazing stay with very nice service!
huge help friendly staff great manner
i had such a blast! david at the reception was a huge help with many things and always had a smile. the staff are so friendly and amazing, especially him! i'll definitely choose this place again next time i'm around.
the coffee wasn't great, i thought! there was only one old coffee machine at each bar, and it all tasted the same. i wished they had other options, i ended up buying coffee outside the hotel most of the time.

modern design helpful receptionist maintained seating
i found several well maintained seating areas, also multiple bars. snack bars were available all over the hotel and pools. our rooms cleanliness and modern design was satisfying. mr ahmed saleh, the receptionist, was genuinely helpful, he took good care of our stay.
i did find that the staff at reception did not always show the desired flexibility. the food selection felt somewhat repetitive.

fantastic pools fine beach professional receptionist
the pools were fantastic. the beach was fine. It offered a perfect getaway atmosphere. ahmed mansour at reception was professional and handled check-in smoothly! he made sure we got a quiet room, just as we requested.

noisy air con limited food
I really am not happy about my room. the air con didn't work right and it made so much noise all night. i asked for help, but nothing happened, they didn't fix it . also, the food wasn't great. Seemed like it wasn't made for english people at all. i wanted something simple like pizza, but it was nowhere to be found.

friendly staff taxi service dodgy socket noisy air con
The staff were amazing. They were friendly and helpful. the facilities provided were amazing. The food options were also awesome. there were various options for food and fruit! the restaurant staff were so nice, and the hotel provides a taxi service , ensuring safety.
the hotel seemed great upon arrival. i was disappointed with our room because it was dated. the wardrobes were falling apart, and the sockets were dodgy. the tv also did not work, and the air con was noisy, which i didn't like.

friendly staff amazing views poor buffet mosquito issue
the reception staff was friendly, especially david and mansour. the location offered amazing views and easy access to the beach (i enjoyed the snorkeling).
the buffet food selection catered poorly to english preferences. there were many mosquitos, a huge issue and caused discomfort during the evenings.
